Hi, we’re Carrie and Paul, the owners of Chocolates by Paul.
We started making chocolates as a family activity during the Holidays. It was fun to do with our children and, let’s face it, it resulted in delicious chocolate always being on hand.
As we learned more about chocolate, we decided we wanted to improve upon our consistency, so we got a small chocolate tempering machine. And that changed everything.
The new tempering machine made the chocolates even better, so we made plenty of candy and shared it with family and friends. Everyone told us how good the chocolates were, and they would always ask if we were going to sell it.
Over the years it remained in our minds about how great it would be to share our love of chocolates.
Finally, in 2016, we decided to take the plunge. We started Chocolates by Paul LLC, and set up our web site, where you are now.
Our chocolates are all made from the finest ingredients in a professional kitchen. Our sincere hope is that you will enjoy our chocolates as much as we enjoy making them.
